We are currently looking for a Project Manager, IT to join our consulting team. This is a senior-level role working with an insurance services client.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Manage all phases of multiple digital IT application projects from initiation to closure while leveraging best practice standards and processes
• Prepare and manage project artifacts such as project charter, plans, activities, milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, status reports
• Partner with vendors, business system analysts, application development and QA teams to ensure quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and business partners
• Manage setup for new team members including coordination with IT, scheduling onboarding meetings, assigning tasks

Business Analyst – Enterprise IT Projects

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, IT to join our consulting team. This is a role working with a large Canadian financial services client.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with Product Owners, Business SMEs to understand client needs
• Document user needs and system specifications through user stories, features, acceptance criteria and data flow
• Conduct requirements sessions, research, data analysis and create project artifacts
• Assist in development of test plans and test scripts
• Participate in the design process and solution sessions with technical analysts and developers
• Maintain accuracy and accountability to project timelines; multi-task and handle tight timelines
• Communicate key decisions and items to project manager and client team members

What do you need to succeed?

• 4 to 8 years of experience with small to large scale technology or digital projects
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business; strong interest in Fintech products and innovation
• Skilled in the use of Jira, Visio, Confluence, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Agile / scrum-based development processes
• Understanding of the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
• A collaborative team member who continuously strives to improve the client experience, our team, and our processes
